Mindfulness workshops, self-compassion workshops and therapeutic groups are available to the general public. Mindfulness-based workshops and training opportunities are also available for corporations and community organizations. Please reach out for details and/or to register for upcoming programs.

Somatic Meditation Sundays

Learn to connect with your body's inherent wakefulness. Join Trauma Therapist and Meditation Teacher Gabriella Evans Anderson for a series of live online 20-minute guided meditations this September. This series of somatic meditations is deeply immersive, focusing on the body as a portal to presence and awakening. Every Sunday evening in September 2021 at 8pm Pacific Standard Time.

Self-Compassion for Teen Girls

This program has been designed to support teen girls (aged 14 - 16) in cultivating the skill of self-compassion and learning to cope more effectively with the ongoing challenges of their day-to-day lives. The group offers a safe space for teen girls to explore their past and present difficulties and to learn helpful practices that will enable them to respond to the challenges of these critical years with kindness and self-compassion.
