Groups & Workshops

Mindfulness workshops, self-compassion workshops and therapeutic groups are available to the general public. Mindfulness-based workshops and training opportunities are also available for corporations and community organizations. Please reach out for details and/or to register for upcoming programs.

Self-Compassion for Teen Girls

This program has been designed to support teen girls (aged 14 - 16) in cultivating the skill of self-compassion and learning to cope more effectively with the ongoing challenges of their day-to-day lives. The group offers a safe space for teen girls to explore their past and present difficulties and to learn helpful practices that will enable them to respond to the challenges of these critical years with kindness and self-compassion. Mindfulness for Working Moms Group

This group is an experiential mindfulness-based group for working moms who wish to develop a deeper connection with themselves, their children, their families and their communities. In this supportive group moms will get to learn and practice mindfulness skills and experience how these skills apply to day-to-day life as a working mother.
